About

Creativity has been a guiding force throughout my life. As a child, I would often sneak away during lunch just to spend more time in the art room, completely captivated by the creative process. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong fascination with art, personal growth, and the many ways creativity can help us better understand ourselves and the world around us.

I graduated from Naropa University with a Bachelor's degree in Transpersonal Humanistic Psychology and Somatic Psychology, along with a Minor in Art Therapy and Yoga Studies. My background blends psychology, creativity, mindfulness, and a deep curiosity about what helps people grow, heal, and thrive.

At Creative Horizons Coaching, I combine creative exploration, reflective practices, and practical tools to help individuals reconnect with their creativity, gain clarity, move through obstacles, and discover new possibilities. Whether you're looking to overcome a creative block, explore your artistic voice, or simply reconnect with a part of yourself that's been waiting for attention, this is a space where curiosity, growth, and self-expression are welcome.

Creativity isn't about making perfect art. It's about exploration, discovery, and allowing yourself the freedom to see life from a new perspective.

Let's discover what's possible together.
